Easy Easter Craft for all ages

You will see a theme most of my crafts; and that is simplicity. I want it to be enjoyable for the kids and something they can actually do. The pride they get when they get to really take the lead on a craft is so special!

That leads me to my first Easter craft, this is so simple and the kids loved it!

Supplies:

I first had them help me role out some model magic with a large rolling pin. This was a good lesson in taking turns because they sure loved getting to help! Then I separated the model magic evenly so they each got their own chunk and had them use easter cookie cutouts to cutout the shape they wanted (They each got to do two). I then set aside the cutouts to so they could start drying and let the kids play with the left over model magic.

Once the model magic dried for a few hours, I got out all of the paint and supplies and let the kids paint them however they liked! I had mixed colors beforehand to make easter colors and put out all of the supplies they are able to paint with. This included paint brushes, a paper towel roll, sponges, and monster trucks.

After they are done just let them dry and that is it! Set them out for easter decorations or gift them to a grandparent for the holiday!
